The club sails the following classes of boats :-

 
Sabots - A small entry level racing dinghy, catering for kids 7-12 years (sailing "two up") and 13-16 years (sailing "1 up" - or by themselves)
BSS has a sabot available for any potential sabot sailors to try out on any of our racing days. Contact the committee for more information.

Vagabonds - Stable training boats for the Learn To Sail classes, and for 2,3 or 4 up family sailing.

Lasers - Single person "one-design" production racing dinghy catering for all ages, from youth to 80's. Rig sizes can vary to suit different weights and fitness levels.
The Club has two lasers available for loan to potential club members to try out on a race day. All three rigs - Full, Radial and 4.7 are available.

125's - A two person, moderately priced sailing dinghy that offers good performance and racing. Suitable for youths and adults - often with parent/child crew combinations.

16ft Skiffs - Three person, high performance racing skiffs. Fast and exciting, definitely for the more experienced sailor.

All Boats - The club welcomes participation from any type of sailing boat in our "Allboats" Division.
