2019/20 Sailing Program

Our sailing program runs from the first saturday in September, through to early December, and then from Mid January through to Easter.
Racing normally starts at 2pm (or when the commodore is on the water) with a race of around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on conditions.
Divisions sailed include 16 Foot Skiffs, 125s, Lasers (Full Rig, Radial, 4.7), Sabots (one and two up) and Allboats.

Rigging and preparation generally start around midday. Three to four rescue boats will be in use and helpers for these are always welcome.

On Saturday mornings they may also be the Learn To Sail course running (bookings required) and there may be a Squids session for Sabot sailors.
The Squids sessions are for beginners  through to high-level sabot sailors, to improve their sailing skills while having fun, and being taught by highly talented ex-Sabot sailors.
